Domain Name

A domain name is your web sites "address" on the internet. (e.g. http://www.yourname.co.uk). You can check to see if the domain name you would like is available by using the form above.

Virtual Server

A Virtual Server is the space on the internet which holds the files that make up your web site (much like the hard drive on your computer).

Email Addresses

Whilst purchasing a domain name, it is advisable to also purchase a matching email address account (e.g. info@yourname.co.uk). 

The purchase of a matching email address ensures continuity is kept throughout your site which leads to a more professional image. 

We will provide you with full details of how to set up Outlook Express to send and receive e-mail from your new email account.

Transferring in your Domain
 

To transfer your existing domain name to Easily please follow these steps.

• Contact the company that supplied your domain name, ask them to change the "Tag" on the domain to "WEBCONSULTANCY"
• Go to the Easily site (click through using the banner above)
• Click on products on the top tool bar, then click "Transfer Domain Names to Easily"
• Follow the on-screen instructions.
• Please remember to purchase your virtual server and any POP3 Email accounts (i.e. you@yourdomain.co.uk) at the same time.

Please forward all emails from Easily over to us and keep them in a "Save Items" folder in your email program.

Please Note: Easily will charge you for an extension to your domain registration for this service, this prolongs your ownership of the domain and costs £9.99 for two years .co.uk, and £35.00 for two years .com.
